In the heart of Salnés, a few km from the Spiritual Route of the Portuguese Way, we are in an unbeatable location, 7 km from Sanxenxo and the beaches of A Lanzada, San Vicente and O Grove, and 6 km from Cambados.
Only 400 m from the centre of the town of Dena, where there are all kinds of services available: shops, market square, bakeries, cafes, banks…
Casa de Torres is very well communicated with the main roads of Galicia. The access to the Vía Rápida del Salnés (less than 1 km away) and to the AP9 makes it an ideal location for daily visits to any of the towns along the Atlantic coast of Galicia (Vilagarcía de Arousa, A Illa, Pontevedra…). It is also a perfect place if you want to visit other nearby destinations such as Santiago de Compostela (65 km, 45 min) or Vigo (55 km, 45 min).
Touristic activities in the area
The natural beauty and mild climate make the Salnés area an ideal tourist destination at any time of the year, whether for its beaches – world renowned for their fine white sand and the exceptional quality of their waters – or for its location in the Parque Natural das Illas Atlánticas, or for the countless wineries in the area, which have made it a renowned wine route for Albariño wine.
A LANZADA beach:
One of the pioneering beaches to be awarded the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe.
It is more than 2 km of open sea sand and has a wooden promenade that allows us to oxygenate the body and enliven the spirit at any time of the year.
It faces south and its sand is white and fine.
WATER SPORTS
Sailing in Sanxenxo (sailing excursions possible). Numerous schools for surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking… Excursions to Cies and Ons from Portonovo (5 km away).
PROTECTED AREAS
O Grove continues to be a privileged place for the maintenance of various protected areas. Perhaps we owe it to being far from other urban centres or to the divine grace that gave us unequalled areas or perhaps to the various public institutions that regulate this piece of land and sea.
The truth is that several forms of protection are concentrated here: the Natura 2000 Network, the Natural Area under the general protection regime of the Umia-O Grove Intertidal Complex, A Lanzada, Punta Carreirón and A Bodeira Lagoon.
NATURAL PARK ATLANTIC ISLANDS (Ons, Cortegada, Sálvora and Cies. In Cortegada excursions organised by Piratas de Nabia, Mar de Ons and Corticata.

A TOXA GOLF COURSE
This course dates back to the end of the 60s and its facilities have been improved over the years. It is surrounded by the waters of the Arousa estuary, which gives it an incomparable beauty. It has 9 holes spread over its 6122 m length.
The tranquillity of the course, the beauty of the landscape, the state of conservation of the greens, tees and fairways as well as the welcoming clubhouse make the game of golf at the A Toxa golf course unforgettable.
CASINO DA TOXA
The Casino da Toxa has its roots in this paradisiacal island, this building evokes the romantic society of the 19th century and completes, without doubt, the tourist offer that O Grove offers its visitors. Spending a night at the Casino, whether you gamble or not, is an experience not to be missed. Throughout the year it hosts several exhibitions and other cultural events.
CAMBADOS:
Cambados is a historic enclave sculpted in granite, considered one of the most beautiful, admired and interesting tourist destinations in Galicia.
It is worth a careful visit to contemplate its manor houses and noble houses, distributed along the three ancient and stately villas of Fefiñáns, Cambados and San Tomé do Mar, its beautiful squares, its cobbled streets, the network of museums… An attractive heritage that complements its tourist offer with the Rías Baixas wine route, the hiking routes and activities such as nautical and marine tourism, the popular festivals and the numerous cultural activities.
